Affiliates of Robingood Inc. (“Robingood”) may receive commissions for qualifying activity, including the sale or redemption of Robin Rewards, qualifying Category Sponsor sales, qualifying Employer Marketplace Access + Intranet signups, and residual Logan AI minute usage as defined in the Affiliate Program Agreement. These commission opportunities are not guaranteed and may vary.
Robingood does not guarantee that any Affiliate will earn income or achieve specific results. Any examples, testimonials, or performance illustrations shown in marketing or training materials are for educational purposes only and are not representative of typical results. Actual outcomes depend on individual effort, skill, market conditions, and factors outside of Robingood’s control.
Affiliates must comply with all Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides, including 16 C.F.R. Part 255. Any public post, advertisement, or communication promoting Robingood must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure such as: “As a Robingood Affiliate, I may earn commissions from qualifying activity.” Failure to provide proper disclosure may violate federal law and constitutes a material breach of the Affiliate Program Agreement.
Robin Rewards are promotional discount vouchers sold by Robingood and redeemable for a Merchant-provided discount. They are not cash, stored value, financial products, gift cards, or employer benefits. Affiliates may not characterize Robin Rewards as financial instruments or as guaranteed savings.
Robingood’s Do Good™ and Fundraise Forever™ initiatives are voluntary corporate philanthropy programs. No portion of any Affiliate commission is donated to nonprofits unless expressly stated by Robingood. Affiliates may not imply that commissions automatically fund charitable efforts.
